Yeah, I was figuring that in when I said I need to take a few 500 mg tables. I eat about half tuna and half salmon, so I'm close on the amount recommended on the salmon days, low on the tuna days.
I eat fish nights about twice a week in addition to what I listed - but usually something like flounder or Tilipia that's pretty low.
