hi i moved to south carolina from new york, no gym close by. i will be here for about a month can someone recommend a body weight workout that can get me stronger. there is a pull up bar and dip stand in my house, i also have mitts and pads

A good way to do body weight stuff is to pick a total number of reps you want and just take as many sets as you need to get there.
Say you pick 200 squats, 50 pull-ups and 30 dips. Do as many squats as you can. Lets say you get 50. Then rest and do as many as you can again. Keep doing this till you hit whatever amount you want.

No. Hills are unhealthy for running, as any runner knows. Whenever you reach an incline of any degree, slow to a walk. Hell, walk backwards up the hill for added safety. At night. Blindfolded, while in the middle of the road.

^^^STFU. Hes Asian and will think your serious.
Just do all of your body weight stuff one day and go sprinting up the hill the next. You could also find things to carry uphill.
