You are right. Caffeine, arginine, taurine, maltodrexin... it's a bad-ass chemical cocktail!!

New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

Did you research any other Nitric Oxide products yet? What other supplements are you taking? NO (Nitric Oxide) should not be the first supp you take, whey protein, creatine, and a multi top the list.

I'm guessing you haven't. Read a whole bunch on all these products, chemicals, etc and get back to us maybe? Knowledge is power and all.

I am not a fan of NO products but I do like creatine, beta alanine, taurine, caffeine (sometimes), and some other supps.

Have people used these for martial arts or just gym sessions?

On a saturday i'm going to start doing 3.5 hours of BJJ back to back and will need something to keep me going.

Should help for both I think. I've used Nitrix, which is similar to NOXPLODE. But, as LI said, other supplements should come first. Glutamine and a multi are on the top of my list. NOXPLODE (and similar products) can help you keep going. Glutamine will help you recover.

what is the take on NO-Xplode before grappling?

I find if I take it too close to class time, i feel bloated a bit, but if I take it say an hour and a half before class, its less bloating but I'm not sure if I'm maximizing the full potential
