The No-Xplode does what it says, but it's costly stuff and gets less and less effective the more you use it. Works better for me if I lay off of it for a while. A similar product for half the price is the Vitamin World version, I think it's called NOS Blast. It doesn't taste or mix as well as the real thing though, but at hald the cost, it's tolerable.

What he said. The **** works great, and mixes well - I mix it with Betacourt Glutamine High-C and take it several times a day. I will be using it as usual until the second week of August, and then I'll be off it for a week or two.

The most important thing you should be taking is glutamine, though. Good diet comes first (protein-rich and/or carb-reach depending on your goals), then glutamine and BCAAS, and stuff like NO2 and/or creatine. That should be the priority of things if your budget is short.Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris -

Besides NOXPLODE, I've used Nitrix. It is good, but I think NOXPLODE is superior. I got some samples of CellMass (BSN brand of creatine), and though I didn't use it for long, it didn't bother my stomach as other brands do. A bit overpriced products, but of good quality.
