Ducking to the right and sticking a jab in their face.2) What is your favourite high probability counter move?
I sparred a lot.2a) How did your coach train you to develop confidence and skill in using said counter?
Sparring: Clinch them up, shove off and then hit them back.3) If your counter did not work, and the punches connect, what do you do now? E.g. do you have a safety position that you'll default to?
Fight: Shake it off, hit them back harder then they can hit me.
Circle out or close in.3a) What will you do (now that punches are connecting) to get out of this situation, and counter his punches?
Sparring.4) What kind of confidence building drills did your coach do to get you to be more comfortable with getting punched in the face? -

You were like that before you started fighting and cages and rings are actually the only place where you feel 'normal'. It's too late to help you.

Pplate, a apologize but I can't take this thread that seriously. I personally believe that sparring is the only answer to all your questions if you are looking for a definitive answer. If you're just curious on how other people do it that's fine I usually change day to day on what I want to do. -

Kat, thanks for sharing.

Great tips, thanks again.
