No at all related to whatever the heck this thread is about, but I'm curious, was anyone ever able to determine if JFS's claims to military glory and SF duty were true or not?

Didn't he claim to have a bronze star (with V I believe) for service in some unspecified/classified country in South America during his time as a SF troop?

I could be mis-remembering though. Too lazy to search through his claims...

Just wondering.
