Honestly, it will be hard. Most sanda schools have 3 or four different arts being taught. So, you can't exclusively say hey thats pure xingyi there or whatever art.
I'll keep looking. The hood mentality is crippling disease, that attacks your nervous system. It makes you nervous of the system. Gangsters and hood rats are especially susceptible to this growth stunting mentality. The hood is where I'm from, but it's not what I am. I'll see if I can dig up my original post later for a better description. What happened was they looked at me like I had poop in my pants when I told them I did tai chi. I'm pretty sure that the guy I fought was all like "Hurr! I'mma kick me some chai ti ass!" But all that work plumb tuckered him out!
Ohh that takedown. I assumed you'd be talking about the big throw. That, my dear, is the answer to an outer-reap with no off-set. I teach that one to guys at BJJ as a first "throw" because it's so common at a beginner level and so easy to counter.Last edited by Bang!; 2/06/2007 3:07pm at .

I think I actually did that to a girl at NAGA. She tried to go behind my leg and hook it but I had stronger base and just took her right down like you did there.
