You are a goddamn mutant.
And lo, Kano looked down upon the field and saw the multitudes. Amongst them were the disciples of Uesheba who were greatly vexed at his sayings. And Kano spake: "Do not be concerned with the mote in thy neighbor's eye, when verily thou hast a massive stick in thine ass".

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris -

Even though this is a bit gay:
Bench 270 (135Kgs) x 8 (so i can probably lift 300 + 1 rep)
Squat 300 x 8
Powercleans: Powerwhat's? no.. i dont know.
I dont do alot of this sort of training these days but focus more on reps.(as opposed to just weight)
I weigh 95 Kgs (210 lbs).

Thought about going into powerlifting teams and comps but can't be bothered with the clickyness and aragantness of some of the people involved paticulary a lot of the roid heads.
I look like i shold be a linesman from the dallas cowboys or green bay packers so i get alot of respect on the mat. I avoid using to much strength on the mat as i think i cheat myself from learning. The seniour guys like rolling with me as long as i try not to use brute force. Just the size and weight alone they have to adapt their techniques. I get asked to roll with them before and after classes. Some eally good attitudes and great bunch of guys. They know i am there to learn and not let my ego run wild and just smash them.
I don't seriously power train much any more and my numbers are down i am kucky i keep my strength. I had a two year lay off thee for a while and still could manage 3x10 300lb on the bench after a couple of warmups sets on the first day back.
As for gassing. I can run a 7 3 on the shuttle run or beep test. Not great but good for someone so large. I can gas after rolls if i go to hard fairly easily. The only consolidation is the other opponant looks as bad if not worse.
