Haven't signed them. I feel bad charging for an autograph. More importantly though... I sent out a whole box of them, and I don't have to worry about handling orders or shipping them. But that means I can't sign them even if people request it.
Our clinical studies are closed and private. However, you are encouraged to do your our case exam. In order to over rule any of our findings though... you will need to order ~10 Thousand shirts.
Shipping company is good... very fast.

How come you never write back? My sick brother in the hospital's last request is to meet you before the black plague takes him away from us. He coughs and tries to make it to the lounge on his crutches but just can't make it to watch you so I make copies of your fights on DVD and bring it to him on a laptop.

What's the shrit made of? I only wear shirts that are made of soft cotton mostly because I'm kind of girly like that and I work in places where any other kind of cotton starts irritating my skin because the A/C is on all the time and makes my skin really dry.
