There was actually a better vid than this available on Youtube at one time. It was of an acutal competition, it was basically a highlight vid, completely unscripted full contact matches, it was awesome to watch. Last time I looked for it though it was gone. Errant 108 may have a copy somewhere.

That looks like it'd be a LOT of fun to do.

You can definitely see some roots of TKD in this video, and it's a very interesting style.
