You got to use more elbows on that bag man. For me every four or five punches i throw in two elbows.

The ones I throw don't really hit up or down. They spear straight forward.

I use and teach the elbow spear a lot too. I have some videos from thai land where you can see them used very effectivly. With the right foot work they can be devistating, and tend to go through most people's guard.

Yeah. Conversely, without the right footwork, they are pretty lame.
