just thought I'd point these out.

In the training section of Frankshamrock.com, there is someone with obvious experience in the industry posting some brilliant short and to the point articles on weight training for mixed martial arts.

He has 3 up so far (with one to go I think)

I'm thinking about contact the author to get permission to reprint articles here (with full credit to him of course) but for now go to:
