Uh, I don't think the fights are guaranteed. The UFC normally signs to three fight deals, of which the contract is evaluated at each fight.
Still this is interesting news especially since in earlier articles Joe had said that he turned down BJ Penn's offer to live in his fighter's house since the IT job he had was more stable.Surfing Facebook at work?
