yeah, any time. I'm saying drink water, and work out the right way. Advising him to earn the muscle the hard way is sound advice...have you seen his standup? I'm no guru but I punch hard as hell for a reason dude. It's form mostly, and the right muscle, not big bulging arms. If anyone can come to a throwdown (like the NE mega), and can take my right cross to the belly, and stay upright...I'll give them $20 bucks on the spot. I'll bring enough dinero for 2 or 3 people (even if I lose the bet, it'll be fun for me). And he shouldn't be taking creatine, as you say so yourself.
