lift em. Ther's no miracle excercise there is only hard work and PAIN!!! If you are prepared lift EVERYDAY and LOTS of stretching and joint rotation. results will take time but years will seem like days. good luck
if you just wanna look buff a cheap way is to pratice deep breathing. after a while your ribcage gets big and you look bigger. YOU STILL NEED TO LIFT WEIGHTS THOUGH
