    No, we are not gonna help you work out your upper body to the detriment of your lower body. Training that way is unhealthy and damaging in the long term to begin with. What you are asking is no different from people asking for advice in "spot reduction".

    As a matter of fact, pple here already helped you by giving you useful information that is not going to harm you: you need to work your lower body. It is the safe, healthy thing to do, and it helps build the upper body.

    If you don't want to take that excellent, accurate piece of advice, then so be it.

    I actually noticed a big difference in my upperbody through Deadlifting. Deadlifting is probally the single most best exercise for the upper bod with some pull-ups.

    Deads gave me bigger traps and all around it grew too. Your forearms grow with an increasing grip strength plus your whole back gets bigger. I like them.

    Squats help the upper body because your supporting a huge weight on your shoulders.

    Both of them also help by growing your legs, butt and hips which will add size to everything else.

    For the upper body then all you need is some pull-ups, benching, shoulder press and variations of them. Throw in some curls and tricep work and your fine.

    Deadlifting is a big lower/full body movement that makes everything grow. Makes your legs and back grow and get strong. Deadlifting and pullups actually are awesome. Damn boy you wish you had my back, but you won't get it without deadlifting and squats.

    Quit being a ****** and do some damn deadlifts. You get enough of a testosterone boost from any leg workout to make it worth your while.

    Other than that, I can suggest collagen injections directly into the muscles you want to have get bigger. It sure beats working out!
