    Pushup vid clip feet on the wall and all.

    I do 80 pushups straight, but got very sore after I tried the stuff on the video. I know it's different exercises so you'll get sore. Last one's I struggled with.

    I tried those today, not as hard is i thought it would be to keep the feet on the wall!

    The actual exercise is killer though, real burn on the shoulders.

    And people sneer at bodyweight exercises. That last clip was amazing. You've got to have awesome upperbody strength for that.

    Gotta have strong hamstrings/glutes/gastrocnemii to do that, too. Only thing it doesn't work is your feet and ankles, really.

    Hell, I can't even do a regular handstand.
