    I do this too, like a little push kick, when they swing back, did this yesterday, unfortunately somebody stood behind the door, not a good moment, luckily the door missed the by a few inches.

    I also like to RNC my knee like Eddy showed it and when I wait I punch walls, to toughen the knuckles (stupid habit but I can't get rid of it). So nothing serious and I am much better when I am drained from training.
    Sometimes you lose and sometimes the other guy wins.

    At this point I don't owe anybody an explenation.

    When I tested for my yellow belt in Kenpo, one of the things the sensei told me to do was jog up to the water fountain pool and dip my whole upper body in it and jog back down.
