Style: Kickboxing, swashbuckling--
I blow bubbles.
Then I try to pop them all with just my hands or elbows or feet or whatever while going at full speed. It's somewhat tricky because you have to be careful not to let any of then touch you while you're punching or moving. It's just kind of something to do when I don't feel like normal bagwork or shadowboxing, and it has actually helped my accuracy. -

Ankle weights + kicking is pretty dangerous. Oh well I guess whatever works for you... How are your knees?
