One exersice i love doing in arnis is called "Bull Ring" where one person stands in the middle and the people in the circle attack you randomly and you need to defend your self from them. I find it helps with building up reflexs and trains you to work under pressure better.

But one thing i do at home is i get a sandbag and punch it and kick it.

    I blow bubbles.

Then I try to pop them all with just my hands or elbows or feet or whatever while going at full speed. It's somewhat tricky because you have to be careful not to let any of then touch you while you're punching or moving. It's just kind of something to do when I don't feel like normal bagwork or shadowboxing, and it has actually helped my accuracy.

I do a lot of stance work. My impact training is _ussy compared to Vieux Normand's.

Whenever I hug someone, I try to get deep underhooks and work lifting them with my legs.

Ankle weights + kicking is pretty dangerous. Oh well I guess whatever works for you... How are your knees?

•Taking turns, one throws two shots to the other guy's body or short punches to the head who tries to block them by whatever means. It's later increased to 3 shots.

Same thing can be done with one of the guys against a wall, in the corner of the ring, against the ropes etc.
That's an awesome drill for people who backpedal too much. At my old club we called it Toe-the-Line (haha).

    good balance is good.
I do that too, but with a bicycle inner tube. It's really helped me.

Well, I'll bet your cars are all dirty, you have a rough, splintery deck, and your fence could use a good coat of paint.
