    -GHOSTFIST CLASSES
    WTF is that?

-WHY HASNíT PERKINS COMPETED IN TOURNAMENTS?

Your question is a valid one and the simple answer is, he has, but he did it in the early 1970's before no holds barred fighting was popular or even legal.
Perkins used to fight in illegal pitfights with gambling in New Orleans and the docks of New Jersey. These were completely without rules, unlike today's Ultimates which don't allow fingers in the eyes, ripping out your groin, kicking with shoes, etc. Businessman and gangsters had floating "tournaments" where a plywood "box" would be thrown together and fighters and criminals would gather and have at it for a few bucks before the cops showed up. John did well in these matches before he got out of it. These matches didn't make for lengthy careers, because even when you won, you got messed up.

Don`t get why people say those dumb things

"Hello fellas, I'm a SCARS practitioner myself. Been at it since 1998 so I basically know the system pretty well. During the time I trained in SCARS I literally looked at 100s of systems and styles to fill what I percieved to be some gaps in my SCARS training. I knew what they were but no one out there seemed to have the answers.

I know one of the words for "fist" in Japanese is "ken" although I'm sure there are others.
