Does this mean Jack-in-the-Box or someone else will be wearing the unitard for the dancing scene in the bar?

    Re: 45 minute classes

Hell, we barely have time to get deep into things in our classes and they are 2 hrs long- minimum. AND we don't incorporate the cardio fitness stuff into class. When is there time to learn any skill in a 45 minute cardio class??

Actually I thought it's probably more like "The Producers".

Seriously! Jacques is trying for a mega tax write-off.

Problem is, it's a sound strategy. Especially given the film credits
& deductions the Canadian govt. puts on the table for this type of thing.
You can end up with more money by funding a flop than by funding a smash.

It'll also probably attract other "authentic" investors who also want
    to lower their taxable income.

But problems will arise if the film is actually made.
It just might become an instant camp classic which would queer the whole deduction business.

And when people do the most basic internet research, compare it to the film's version of reality, it also won't do too much for their credibility as a legitimate martial art.

But when has that ever stopped them before?

    Regards,

Now the real question is . . . how will it compare to Cro Cop's movie?

    ;)

they are aiming for sundance festival??

who knows, maybe the movie will actually be good ON ITS OWN.

i wonder how the script will go? likely very loosely based on sJP's claims. maybe if the movie is truthful, there might be a scene of sJP stealing WCD manual, or pretending to teach Silat only to be disowned. drama!

Hey fanger123, that is probably very sound advice. If the FSD movie shows all the controversial events and other weird stuff, it would make for an even more interesting movie.

I think 2 hours is better than 1 hour....isn't better to be physical fit before learning skills? For me, I like that better

I think that more you're in shape, more you adapt easily by learning skills...,and they incorporate the cardio fitness.
