Yeah that is why I usually underestimate. For me it is not so much tryin to get as low as possible as it is keeping everything in perspective. I stopped using the martial arts exercise since I thought it was rather high. So, for a 75 minute MT class, I put it as a half an hour of punching the bag (under boxing) which is about 400 something calories. I just make sure I am not hungry.

We need this kind of feature here. Would be great with the training logs section.

There is not enough people here to sustain the amount of information that needs to go into it. One of the problems with fitday and nutritiondata.com is the need to constantly put in custom food items. TheDailyplate has alot of duplicate entries, but they have a good usability and a strong core of entries. They allow you to make custom meals for things you eat alot of (PB Sanwiches, breakfast, etc).

Yeah, I'm thinking of a scaled down kind of thing, or extended feature set for our premium member blogs/training logs.

Yeah, it would be nice to have one unified area. I own so many domains (5 personal), myspace (to stalk long lost friends), dailyplate, here as BS.net....I just never seem to track everything. I also have my exercise log modeled after exrx.net on an excel spreadsheet. On top of all that I don't like to be on the computer much after I leave work.
--i didn't even know about the blogs. Can you believe I never noticed the 'new posts' button till about a month or two ago.? -

One of these days I'll put together a tutorial for using the site. There are a ton of features that don't get much attention.
Did you know that:
1. As a Supporting Member you can add/edit articles on www.Bullshido.org -our encyclopedia?
2. We have an RSS feed of latest threads?
3. www.Sociocide.com - our sister site, has its own forums for politics, culture, and other sports?
4. We have a whole Reviews section where members can post their own reviews of stuff related to MA? -
