Track intake, excercise, sex, calories, whatever on this site. Pretty neat! :)

You can make it public to keep yourself honest too.

The hardest part I find is using it after I leave work, but it is a good gauge of what I need to eat later in the day...

Yeah, someone posted that before in another thread 6-7 months ago and I used it for a month or two when I gained 15lbs. I had trouble keeping up with my calorie intake, but I used the weight tracking graph religiously till I finally plateaued.

    Posted several times already.

Including the second post of this thread

I'd be wary of the calculations though, of course just using this as a rough idea.

    eh.

    I use thedailyplate.com
I find the interface easier to use and it has alot more of the foods i eat on a daily basis (i.e. Kashi type crap)...I have lost 20lbs in 2 months.

Nutritiondata.com is also good in that it tracks vitamins and minerals as well and has nice charts. But if you have to custom enter food every time it becomes easier to give up.

I got the same profile and avatar as I do here...i don't keep a daily diary of exercise though, I keep a training log in an excel spreadsheet. I tried to do one here...but it was too hard to maintain everwhere..

I think their calorie calculator is off a bit anyway. I know I get a workout during a 2 hour class; but I doubt it's 2,038 calories worth.

    fitday or dailty plate....?

I think all the sites are off. I double check against exrx.net. The amounts are the same. I just underestimate the time spent.
