What is Ko Am Mu Do

You know i was really hoping my school would hook up with a credible teacher who would teach us some new things my school being http://www.yeshaministries.com/ ,but the created apge that kind of scared me http://www.yeshaministries.com/hapkido.asp . as do not know much of anything about hapkido so i cant say anything about the instructors on that but this Ko Am Mu Do scares me the link here http://www.koammudo.com/index.html it looks like total bullshido to me. Im going to check it out because like my school it is free. So can any one tell me about this Ko Am Mu Do or Jin Jung Kwan?

Edit: i know my school looks corny...

If it's free, and what they teach is legit, then they can be as corny as they want. Free is free.

No in all seriousness you will have to go and see if what they teach is legit. Because free is free. Though their website is humorous, every picture looks like they are pretending that they are visiting the dentist.

i went today and i have a quote "Ko Am Mu Do is a all around self defense system what we teach here can and will help you on the streets, and now ill demonstrate how to escape a wrist grab". Man, i was hoping these people would be one of those hapkido schools that train like judo but it was some mcdojang mess needless to say i wasted almost two hours for nothing...

Well, not sure what you were expecting.

The majority of KMA you will find these days in the US is going to be no different.
