Reads right. A lot of people have bad backs because they don't exercise them enough and the muscles surrounding the spine get weak and let it go all floppy.
I remember after a few serious MT workouts i could barely walk. There were muscles in my thighs i had apparently never used before that weren't very happy with me LOL.
