Rudy Abel has provided the followiing information, Fight info as follows:

1. To be held on September 29th, 2007
2. At his teacher's school, the Kung Fu Connection in Miami

What Rudy needs to provide:
1. Waiver
2. Time

Most likely way Rudy will coward out of this fight:

1. Provide a Draconian Waiver that does not protect my interests, in doing so, he will ensure that the fight never happens.

2. Set rules that it's a kickboxing match only, or any other rule of the fight that ensures that fight will never happens.

3. Disallow me the right to have my seconds, cameraman, coaches, and Team Members access to the facility.

4. Disallow the use of Cameras in the school.

5. Come up with an excuse, ie, knee, it's Mother's day, you're not worth it, etc...

Surprise! Surprise!!!

NOT.

Rudy has had almost 2 months to setup the venue, which he changed from his teacher's school, to a new one. No waiver, nothing.

It is now September 7th, 2007.

To date, Rudy has not provided the following:

1. Venue
2. Waiver

A waiver drawn up by Samuel, took him about 30 minutes to write, and send to me in email for a previous fight.

The Venue was supposed to be "The Kung Fu Connection" but it seems Rudy's Master doesn't want his school to lose face after I knockout Rudy.

For some reason Rudy thinks I'm intimidated by him, or our meeting will denegrate into what happend with Os and JFS. The only similliarity will be me punching Rudy's nose in. No **** talking, no bullshit, just fighting.

I am a professional. I train to fight. I will show up, sign the waiver (As long as the waiver is not one sided and my interests are protected), and I will fight.

To even think I won't show up is plain stupidity. I flew out from Florida to California to fight, got my ass kicked, and didn't ***** out when my Opponent got changed, we lost the venue, etc. I came and fought.

Man up Rudy, get me the Venue and the Waiver so Sam and crew here at Bullshido can go over it.
