    I am not asking any specific question about how to work a heavy bag for training purposes. I am asking for the basis of your opinion about it. Why does everyone have to work a heavy bag exactly the way you expect them to?

    here's why it sucked.

    He was stiff
    his power generation was relatively poor because his body alignment was out of wack, the footwork he did use was bad in that it lessened his ability to hit hard and those kicks were laughably weak.
