    Yeah, back is all healed up, had my first MMA fight a month ago.

    Next fight is August.

    I used to have something called a Road Machine. It was a fan with a heavy flywheel and you would replace your road bike's rear wheel with it. There was a freewheel so you could change gears. The fan gave you air resistance and the flywheel gave you inertia--it took a while to get up to speed. I think it was the closest simulation to real cycling ever made.

    Just like riding a bike... without any of the enjoyment. It was an evil, evil machine.

    Is there any real benefit in using these machines over good ol' fashioned road work guys?
