Thanks guys, that's one of them.

Yep, that's one of Rhadi's "Into Combat" conditioning videos. Bad ass ****. I have is "at home" bodyweight workout DVD, which is pretty good IMO.
The other one you may be referring to is material from Ross Enamait (either "never gymless" or "infinite intensity".) These are all the clips Ross has put on youtube. He's been kind enough to put a lot of good stuff in it, and for free.
Ktulu, one of these two may be the one you were referring to:
Budget Training:

or Work Capacity 101

More Ross Enamait stuff:

Rope Training II

ps... although this clip is not 100% the same as the previous ones, I think it is quite useful for conditioning the wrists in a safe manner.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris -

Thanks El Macho, Work Capacity 101 was the one I was looking for. Actually the name Ross Enamait is what I was looking for.
Man I wish I could jump rope like that!
Thanks again. If God carried a gun, it would be a 1911.
