    How about verbal Aikido?

Is it just me, or has there been a shitload of thread necromancy lately?

why do people piss and moan about thread necromancy but if someone were to make a new thread everyone would come on and say "search function noob".

also saw "the master" is registered as a lethal weapon.
    Eduardo "Why'd you stop."

Me "I was kicked in the head by the guys sparring next to me."

Eduardo "Ino what happened but i didnt say you could stop."

Me "Um.. I guess I keep going."

Eduardo "You dont stop until i say stop, you dont get tired until i say your tired, keep going."

Since this thread is three years old, I don't think anyone would really notice if it was reposted. :qright6:

Let me break this down to you all. In TKD you have several titles, Asst. Instructor, Instructor, Master, Grandmaster. 1st dan is usually an Asst. Instructor, 2nd and 3rd Dan considered and Instructor, 4th dan is considered a Master (however that is like a really baby master). Grandmaster is given at 6th or 7th dan. Now, understand that this is much like military. Prvt, Sgt, Lt, Col...etc. It is nothing more than time in the arts.

The guy in the Chatroom has let it go to his head. PLEASE, for the love of whatever you hold sacred, do not let this man represent TKD.

To be honest, when I trained in TKD, none of the 4th+ dans I met really considered themselves "masters" and were never pricks like that.

Even my instructor who got his 9th dan over the summer when I trained was humble about it.

Ha, I didn't even realize what I was contributing to. Why I am continuing to do so is beyond me.
