Oook so you see ... When you tuck your chin you create muscle tension along the shoulders and spine , which slow down your strikes and actually makes it easier to be knocked out because your brain bounces more , which is of course contrary to what those silly sport fighters will tell you .

I'll be arriving in LA on June 15th and will be there untill late August at which point, if all goes well, I will be in San Francisco until the end of the year.

Sorry to everyone who doesn't already know, we had a get together in LA and I gave Omar a ride home. During the ride he offered another Bullshido member and myself drugs, which we both turned down.
