    if it was me i would go to fairtex (and he may) but he's totally new to BJJ and i thought that a BJJ-only school might be better for the first couple years anyway
    All told it doesn't seem like Fairtex is that expensive considering that you get unlimited access to lessons and their gym during their open hours, and they teach both Muay Thai and BJJ. Looks like a nice facility too.
