Not the best links but links nonetheless. Hope they help a little. Libraries usually have a few Judo books, and Uchi Mata is almost always in them.
Uchi-Mata, even though its classified as a leg technique, has a strong emphasis on hands technique. Finishing is one of my main problems with this throw, I can usually get people off the ground but not turned around, mostly because I do not rotate and/or try to pull uke's arm to my chest.
This throw takes a while (at least it has for me) stick with it though; it's really effective, and it looks awesome when you pull it off.
