    Hardcore-fu FTW bitches.
like i said i met him once before and if your bold enough to lunge at someone then you have to accept the consequences.

the point of this post is to find out if other people had similiar situtations of what would you do if i did this.

I probably would have lowered into the splits, under his oncoming meat-hooks, looked to the left (away from his oncoming yambag, of course), opened my eyes as big as pie plates, shouted "HOOOOOWWAAAAAH" and snatched his dangling teabag like Van Damme did to the sumo in 'Bloodsport'.

Or maybe just asked, "Dude, WTF are you doing?"

I dunno. I wasn't there so I didn't see how aggressively he lunged at you, nor saw his facial expressions nor heard anything he said, nor do I know if he was drunk or under the influence. So, if you say kicking him in the balls was the only thing you could have done to defend yourself from what you believe was an act of aggression against you, then by all means. Just keep in mind that kicking somebody in the balls can have terrible physical consequences, and if so, you'd be hard pressed in a court of law to justify your actions.

To entertain your post, I've had those people. I just ignore them... except one that's a friend of mine and was genuinelly curious (I wrist locked him just lightly and more for the fun of it than having an actual discussion of what-ifs.)

That's for when people say "what would you do if I do this." For instances when people have actually tried to stir ****, I ignore them equally. Nothing confounds people more than ignoring their insults.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

Kicking in the balls does have it's effectiveness.

It's a step above standing in a shower with 20 guys and when one of them is washing their face, filling up your soap dish with freezing cold water and then catching him int he balls with it.

But I'm telling you, to really make someone your bitch, go for the back hand slap.
It's hard to imagine owning someone more then with with classic.

That seems to be kind of a devolution of surely the all time classic, removing one of your fine, calfskin gloves, slapping the cad across the face with it and demanding satisfaction.
The OP should have gone with sabres at dawn. Like a gentleman.

Fair enough, however, only gentlemen deserve such a dignified act. This fellow surely wasn't dignified. The cousin of someones friend or some such, he didn't even have a name.

The back hand is the equilivant punishment that you would inflict upon your girlfriend when you are, say, watching a war movie and she opens her mouth to ask a stupid question causing you to miss a crutial part of the film. Unacceptable.

yeah but if you back hand your girlfriend you will miss more of the movie because she will want to discuss for hours why you did what you did to her and what she can do to make sure it never happens again.

Then again she might just go in the kitchen and cook up a nice big pot of grits and throw it on you right at the climax of the movie. Either way you lose.
