Ummm, i think you meant 20!!! yrs old?? first post shows as 1993!(seriously, a 20 yr old thread!!!!, holy thread necro of a necro'ed thread batman!!!)
Also, to add to the actual thread. I'd like to also put in a vote for kicking the lower portion of the heavy bag, and not just once or twice, but several times a week and i've heard suggested 100 odd kicks as a good number.
Even after a couple of kicks you feel your shins acclimatise and would hope that by simply keeping on top of it,as you would any other aspect of your training, your shins would maintain some kind of conditioning.Last edited by KiwiPhil889; 3/29/2012 3:06am at .
