Thanks for the background information. Its always good to anchor a rating system with exemplars like the "Top Team" facility mentioned above. It also makes sense, given the site's (Bullshido's) purpose.

Any other comments I've made, including some with which you appear to take offense, should not be read as an insult to any group, especially veterans, who have made martial art their chief pastime. I mean this without exemption to style, tradition, lineage, or school.
