    well i am 16 used to be 5'11 at 145lb then a bushido guy gave me this workout and helped me gain 19lb of muscle in just 3months i still look thin but its much better than before
    monday
    bench 5x5
    row 5x5
    squat 5x5

    wednesday
    standing press 5x5
    weighted pull up 5x5
    deadlift 5x5

    friday
    same as monday

    sunday
    cardio and bag work

    I wouldn't recommend westside to a newb, but he certainly can pack on muscle at 15.

    monday
    bench 5x5
    row 5x5
    squat 5x5

    wednesday
    standing press 5x5
    weighted pull up 5x5
    deadlift 5x5

    same as monday

    sunday
    cardio and bag work
    Modified 5x5. Perfect, except do squats/deadlifts first after you warm up.

    This is Westside-style training toned down for newbs. Hence, why I use it.
