    That was my experience, more or less, until I decided to eat and drink more. But it does reinforce what I've seen. A couple lifters I know look decades younger under their shirts. And talk about getting female action. There's a giant lack of middle aged and older guys who are in shape.

    Add bag work outs and you never get old, kinda.

    Nice find dude. My dad is 65 and yet he looks massive and like in his mid 40's (only his white hair betrays his true age). And he's been working out all his life. Pretty cool.

    It's the armadillo anal sac. You can use their anal sacs to prepare some nice sloth blood sausage. Or you can fill them with a mix of pig milk, tapir eyeballs and ground cicadas (protein man, protein). Then you put them in a smoke house and let them sit there until the little green hair grows over them. Yum, yum!!!
