    Yeah, for GPP i do..

    Keg Carry- 34 yards
    10 burpees (or other total body exercise)
    20 Sledge hammer strikes
    Tire drag- 60 yards

    Here's your answer: just stick with it and do what your trainer tells you. Don't be a whiner. You'll get better when you get better.
