    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    First muay thai class tommorow!

Any words of advice for me?

I'm coming from a background of 8 years of TKD (stopped 4 years ago) and 2ish years of judo. (Had an 8 month hiatus due to a shoulder injury)

I also lift heavy stuff, i love my deadlifts!

Well had my first class last thursday. Fun stuff, we worked basic combinations, the low kick, and ended with a sort of lunging right straight to the body. (Chuck liddel like sort of punch)

    Question,

How long until my cardio gets up to par to last the entire class? (I don't think I'm out of shape..i go to judo twice a week, and do GPP once a week) Its been about 2 weeks now and I stil find myself getting gassed just from the warm up.

GPP = general physical preparation = general cardio/calisthetic stuff. In contrast to SPP = (sport) specific physical preparation.
