I have seen some bjj folks doing these warm-ups
and heard it refered to as Ginastica Natural..Does anyon have anymore info on this.
Seems like it would be helplful for getting your body used to BJJ positioning , as well as a nice way to get your heart rate up...
Not many people outside of Brazil seem to practice it or even know about it. I'd take it up in a second if it was offered at my dojo.
