    so yeah new desk job with longer hours and crappy chairs have exacerbated this problem again.

    i just bought another stability ball that i can take to the office. i'm sitting on one right now, it helps a lot.

    i did a bunch of stretches last night and this morning and that doesn't seem to affect it much, but i was exercising the joint and found out that it doesn't hurt to kick, at all. in fact kicking feels pretty good. i can easily pull off head-level kicks full power and no pain, but walking, sitting and lying down in certain positions sucks. it's totally all about posture, i'm certain.

    If you are doing martial arts, and you do high kicks without proper warm up, that will happen, I used to have those pains, so now I warm up.

    I got hip pain when I used to train TKD. Then I stopped and it went away, but I am totally unskilled. I prefer the hip pain.
