    i don't keep my paperback-novel-thick wallet in my back pocket anymore for obvious reasons.

    El - i haven't a clue what i did to it. maybe slept weird, i dunno. hurts like a sunovabitch though. especially when i'm sitting.

    I rode my bike in to work this morning, it's about 4km and i did that in 20 minutes. (pretty casual ride) I didn't feel it until i got in, so maybe thats it.

    edit: okay this is pissing me off. it hurts to sit because of my hip, and it hurts to stand because of my fucked up knees. i need a japanese office chair or a bosu ball right now. arghy. The company i work for has provided me with a Hermann Miller Mirra, a top-of-the-line office chair, so it's not about my ergonomics.

    My skeleton sucks. Cybernetic Endoskeleton plzkthx.

    It's not the bike. I just zipped down to chinatown for lunch, (chili chiken on rice, woot!) total riding time about 15-20 minutes (7-10 each direction) and it felt great. now i'm sitting down again and i'm back to square 1.

    i did TKD for a few years so i know how to stretch. i can almost do the splits still.

    i tried a bunch, no effect.
