He's legitimate, and actually went to Thailand to train for a bit, but he uses his career in children's television (and that one appearance on MTV's Undressed) to sell himself to kids. That's not bad per se, but it's very easy to see how that can be a turnoff to some people.

One of the teachers I work with went out to lunch with the guy. I showed her the picture of the Pink Ranger that I keep in my wallet, and she told me her stories. What gets me about the videos on that website though, is what is it supposed to prove posting vids of you kicking the crap out of blue-belts at your school while playng gangsta' rap that says "I ain't sumone to **** wit!" Watching those vids makes me think Frank has anger issues.
I played Laser-Tag with the second Red Ranger. That guy had a trunk full of beer!

There's a video of him punching Jose Canseco in the face.
Explain to me why we don't like this guy?
All kidding aside, it looks like he's serious about his Muay Thai training and fighting. He's marketing is suspect, but I wish my kid's school did some of the things that his school appears to do.Last edited by HongKongFukYu; 5/26/2007 10:03am at .

Having a children's program does not make you a MC Dojo, Being organized or having a Black Belt club doesnt make you a Mc Dojo.
In my opinion the one thing seperating MC dojo's from real martial arts schools is application.
Most MC dojo's either rarely or never spar or grapple against a resisting opponent and they deliberately trade practical training(Contact) for commercial success.
I have 5 year olds that will slap you in the tighest rear naked choke youve ever been in :)
