i can tell you this....civilians in europe are not shooting mp5s. I may be confused, but i'm pretty sure of this.
There is no cheating, there is only jiu-jitsu.

As I said, between us and the IKMF (which operates worldwide but mostly in Europe) the differences are mostly in name. The curriculum is the same, and the progesssion is the same. Eyal Yanilov just moved farther away from belts than we did (we still use them as the guideline, but don't emphasize them or wear them).
IKMF is in Israel also, of course, and they use the same system there. There are other groups in Israel that are still more belt-oriented. But again, these are just designations. The curriculum remains consistent.

"I am glad you asked about my backround. For the past 4 years, I have lived a simple life doing Internet Marketing.
Previous to that I did 3 years of Bodyguard work for some people if I mentioned their names, no one would believe".
wise choice to change job (internet marketing is more secure). And plese tell us the names.
By the way, how do you know i have a small pee? have you seen it? or better it was to provoke me to show it to you??? smart trick!
Mate I continue working in this business and again don't be rude and accept other opinion,it is called being polite
You talking to me, or chewing a brick? You came to the wrong place if you want polite, mate. You made blanket statements about the usage of certain martal arts, sciences, whatever, within US Goverment Agencies.
I am still waiting for the proof. Internal Memo or Field Manual.

Actually Anthony, and not to get on once side or another, the U.S. Marine Corp is revamping its hand-to-hand program. And, if I can find the issue of BB Mag, they mentioned the instructor certification course would involve sending canidates to Okianwa to train. What they train once they get there is a different story. Rumor through a friend currently serving in the Army was that Rangers were considering, or had already begun, to move away from the BJJ based programs they were doing. No reason given, but his hand-to-hand in basic was still, punch, kick, grab and hip throw. When he gets back from Korea I'll have to talk with him some more. Poor guy can't find anyone over there willing to be hit, or hit hard.
