Fantasy Craft has some of the best Grappling rules, and some of the best D20 like martial arts feats. Spycraft 2.0 also being very similar.

I've got a copy of this one. Simple, but the theme seems to be pulled straight out of an old Shaw brothers movie. Fun.

I was really looking at this one, boy would it be neat if they expanded it

It seems like a good system and you could totally add striking and expand the ground work. Even have different reffs rules for different things such as Pride style MMA, or Unified MMA, or even the street.

I'm a huge geek myself and have been an avid Palladium fan for years. If you liked Mystic China then you should definitely check out the two Rifts World Books for China. Some really good stuff in there.

I always found it weird that Judo was not included in Ninjas and Superspies; then again, there were other arts (like Shotokan, Kenpo and Kenjutsu) that, imo, were strangely absent.
