I successfully installed cancer!



Turns out it was fractured VERY slightly, unfortunately(?) I have addiction many of you do. It's the "I can't stop training at all" addiction.

I can only use some machines when I work out at my university's gym and I guess it's ok. I think I'll try to get a soft removable cast for sympathy points. Jujitsu class was decent as well, though I KNOW I can't strike with the right hand. :(

Take some fucking time off.
Unless you are trying to make a competition date there is no reason to train through the injury.

See a therapist and he'll be able to help you understand why it is you 'just can't stop training'
