    Hell yeah! Hell no!
two sundays ago, i was doing some sparring with another Bullshido member

at one point, we clinched and i fell on top of him with my right arm wrapped around him, afterward i noticed a lot of stiffess in the right wrist, i probably fell on it

The right outside part of the bone near the wrist feels out of place and the tendons near that give me the most pain. My up and down flexibility of the wrist seems fine but the side to side is very limited and painful. I have even more now grinding noises when i rotate my wrist, torn pieces of ligament I think.

No, if I were to actually have broken it, I probably would be in a lot more pain. Sprains should have gotten better by now, 9 days after. So what is it? ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

in addition to that, i think i've fucked up my shoulders weight training, probably bad form on my part
    joint troubles!
    DAMNIT!!!!!!

I would say that you in some way dislocated it. Because it sounds like what I did with my pinky, when I fell on it... but I popped it back in place, not the most pleasent feeling, but it works.
So I'd say dislocated and try to not move it so often. Perhaps an Ace Bandage or some sort of wrap? *shrugs* That is all I can think of. Sorry I'm not a bigger help.
    BTW- love your new sig.

Dibble-I'm thinking that, but then again it could be a waste of time.

    :)

MTC-Thanks dear, but that's just a random animated gif I found when I was looking around.
MAybe I'll make it part of my sig for a bit.

I'm serious. I poo-poohed a wrist injury a while back because, seriously, it didn't hurt that much--and wound up messing it up for close to (braced for a couple months, then wrapped/taped) 6 months. It's still a lot weaker than it had been, with less flexibility.

    Piz -
I know you're smart enough to see a doctor, but my 2 cents:
Give it a few weeks of care and see.
I screwed up my thumb big time boxing at the end of June and I still have a little pain in there now. It is just badly sprained - bad sprains can last a LONG time in certain joints.
