Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.

New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

t-nation - Dissecting the deadlift. Anatomy and Muscle Balancing Videos.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

Thanks for these. I bought Ross Enamait's Infinite Intensity and Never Gymless bokks but have been looking for a pdf of the older stuff as he no longer sells it.

Thanks a bunch! Im downloading the video now and will do the zip file when its done.

This comes at the best time. I really want to see the power punching routing. Ive got untill June 22 to prepare for my MMA fight. Im a BJJ Blue Belt and have been doing Muay Thai lately. Im going up against a TKD/Grappler and although I wont have the technical striking game (timing mostly) I want to have the power shots. I can cover decently and move around but I dont want a standup war. Just a few hard punches to make him think twice about the fight and then take him down.

Both of these downloads will be great for me.

Thanks Macho, good stuff as always. This makes up for the avatar giving me nasty flashbacks to my ATA childhood.

It works fine for me and others. I think you need Divx for it though.

Try using VLC player. That plays most files.
